Chapter 1 I Became Batman's Teacher

In Gotham, a not-so-glorious but still warm morning, Schiller put down the coffee cup in his hand and heard the sound of his colleague Anna's high heels. After a while, a blonde American sweetheart came in with a dark face and said, "The damn lazy guys in the freshman report have asked for leave, you can go and replace him for a day."

Schiller said: "Go now, please give me this cup of coffee."

"You never want to get me!" Anna roared, and Schiller happily walked out of the cafe with the coffee, looked at the never-so-clear day in Gotham City, and began the fifth day of his visit.

Schiller was a psychologist in his previous life. After the plane crash, he was thrown into this damn simple city. Fortunately, he was neither a hero nor a villain, but a leisurely and stable university teacher, and his old profession and a professor of psychology.

Schiller was happy to be able to touch the fish for another day, and the system in his mind "dink dong" and showed: "Peter Parker sent a chat request."

As Schiller walked towards the report, he replied in his mind: "What's wrong? Peter?"

"Hey! I'm going to be an intern at Osborn tomorrow! You don't know how rare this opportunity is for me! And Gwen...I mean, she's going too, we're together, it's amazing! We can discuss genospiroes, those great machines..."

Schiller said in his heart that there will be no girl who wants to discuss these with you. Little Spider, be more awake.

Since he came here, Schiller has obtained a "American comic chat system". The first person he unlocked was Spider Peter Parker. This chatterbox has been talking to him for four and a half days how he liked Gwen and wanted to pursue her, but he dared not.

While encouraging Peter, Schiller walked to the reporting office. He sat down to sort out the forms and waited for the new generation to report this year.

But it’s strange that Schiller has been here for so many days and has never seen the bat lights on, nor have those villains come to cause trouble. Life is comfortable and seems to be really simple.

Soon, some students came to report one after another, holding a bunch of materials, and all Schiller had to do was register his name and dormitory.

"Next!" Schiller shouted without raising his head. There was already a whole line in front of him. A boy sat down. Schiller asked, "Name?"

"Bruce Wayne."

"Bruce... Room 306, Building 2, Boys Apartment..." Schiller wrote on his own, and suddenly he paused his pen tip. He looked up calmly. The boy had blue eyes and black hair, very handsome. Schiller said: "Wayne?"

"Indeed, I'm Wayne."

Schiller repeated: "Didn't you hear clearly about Room 306, Building 2, Boys Apartment? Take the watch and leave quickly, everyone behind is waiting for you."

Now it was Bruce's turn to be stunned. He picked up the form and asked, "Which department are you a professor?"

"Psychology, don't choose my class, boy," Schiller said.

Bruce was attracted by him, but Schiller was helpless and co-organized with Batman just going to college! He said why there was no bat light!

Why did he memorize so much? Batman traveled to college and became a college teacher!

He swore that he didn't want to participate in the bloody life in Gotham City at all. He just wanted to eat and wait for a paid fish in his post.

Schiller has a pretty good understanding of the danger of the Batman series story. He doesn't want to be involved with Bruce at all, especially the 18-year-old brat, Bruce, who is now abominable playboy!

So Schiller was very indifferent and warned Bruce not to take his class. He didn't want to hear the familiar voice of the clown appear on the school radio one day.

But it was this attitude that aroused Bruce's interest, he was Wayne! The richest man in Gotham City! No one would look at him differently.

But Bruce didn't say anything. He picked up the form and thanked him and left. After processing the freshman's report, Schiller was about to go back to the professor's apartment to sleep. Suddenly he remembered that the key was forgotten in the office. When he was following the office stairs, he met a tall and thin professor. Schiller said, "Hi, Jonathan, are you here to get things too?"

"Yes, you forgot the keys in the office again?"

"Oh, that's right. Anna urged me too much today. I forgot when I left. I got it down immediately and saw you tomorrow."

"See you tomorrow."

Just the moment Schiller and Jonathan were at odds, a cold chill climbed up his back, Jonathan... Jonathan Klein!

Super criminal scarecrow!

Jonathan, who turned his back to Schiller, did not see Schiller turn back and stare at him. If he hadn't learned that Batman had just been in college today, he wouldn't have remembered that the scarecrow had appeared in his mind - a professor of psychology at Gotham University, a Ph.D. in psychology and chemistry at Gotham University, a scarecrow who uses fear of gas to kill in the future, Jonathan Klein!

Schiller took a deep breath and continued to go upstairs with his pace. Jonathan is not a scarecrow now, because Bruce is only 18 years old and has not graduated from college, so he has not become Batman yet. Jonathan is not a well-known world-class psychologist now. He is just a little famous within the academic scope of "emotional psychology". Schiller is still famous now...

Schiller is now a world-class master of criminal psychology and perverted psychology, a famous psychology researcher, and the most famous psychology professor in Gotham.

So Jonathan's attitude just now was quite good... What's the use? Schiller doesn't know how to develop poison gas! He is a pure liberal arts student, and Jonathan is also a doctor of chemistry!

As expected, I have learned mathematics, physics and chemistry well, and I am not afraid of traveling all over the world...

Schiller knew very well that the bloody curtain was about to be opened in Gotham City's big stage, and now he was just a scholar who was powerless, a weak chicken who struggled to move a chair, a purely knowledge-based talent. Not to mention meeting these famous and famous super criminals, they were just the background board in the comics, those gangsters could kill him with just a gun!

And his worries became reality. The next morning, Schiller, who was on duty at the school psychology clinic as usual, just as he had finished making coffee, he heard a crisp knock on the door.

"Professor Schiller, can I come in?"

Schiller took a deep breath. There are still students coming to this broken psychological clinic? Is it okay for me to come here just to slap fish? Do you understand the paid leave?

Outside the door is Bruce Wayne!

Schiller could only grit his teeth and said, "Please sit down, classmate, do you have any psychological problems to come and consult?"

"Can't you come and talk without any problems?" Wayne spread his hands, and the playboy's style was undoubtedly revealed.

Schiller pushed his glasses and resisted the feeling of beating this turtle to death, trying to be as stylist and boring as possible to avoid arousing the protagonist's interest. He said: "This is a place for psychological counseling for students. If you don't have any questions to consult, then you can leave."

Schiller swore that his tone was so boring that it was even more perfunctory than airplane radio, but Bruce still asked with interest: "Okay, then I'll ask a question, what do you think is the meaning of life?"

Schiller took a deep breath and felt that he could not continue like this.

The poor thing about the sky is that he is not the protagonist, without the aura of immortal protagonists, and he can't survive for three episodes when he is mixed with Batman.

He quickly turned on the American comic chat system in his mind. He remembered that he had a random chat opportunity because he had guided Peter Parker's emotional problems before. He quickly wrote in his mind:

"A parent died and vowed to avenge all criminals. But he even pretended to be his little kid with the appearance of a playboy. Now I'm here to ask me what the meaning of life is. I want him not to bother me in the future. How do you answer him? It's very urgent to wait online."

Soon, a reply appeared: "I am a teacher. Regarding your question, I think you should maintain full patience and provide psychological counseling to this unfortunate child from two aspects..."

Schiller wailed in his heart, what kind of Virgin is this with him! This is Batman! Can I say "You want to be more open"?

Schiller looked at the name of the dialog box, Professor Charles Xavier! x!

No wonder, the founder and principal of x Academy are indeed old-fashioned.

But Schiller, who paid attention to the avatar, found that Charles' avatar can be clicked. He clicked Charles' avatar in his mind and a dialog box popped up: "You can randomly copy a chat object's ability (low-level) for the first time. Can you copy it?"

Schiller clicked "Yes".

“Telepathy (low level) is loaded.”

Schiller felt a blur before his eyes, and suddenly countless noises came, and countless strange emotions rushed into his mind, making him unable to tell. After adapting for a while, Schiller realized that he had indeed gained some of Professor X's abilities.

Telepathy is Charles's unique skill. It can even brainwash all humans with a brain wave amplifier, but Schiller only obtained an ultimate weakened version. He can only vaguely feel the other person's emotions and some thoughts that suddenly flashed in his heart, and he cannot read the mind directly and clearly.

But that was enough. Schiller focused on Bruce and found that his emotions were very messy now. Yes, it was not that he showed so cynical.

According to Batman's life experience, he should have just returned from studying in various countries and entered university just for the disguise of Bruce's identity. The real Batman has already hated this boring daily life extremely much. Every drop of his blood is shouting "revenge" and "revenge to those criminals."

In Bruce's eyes, the professor opposite seemed to suddenly fall into a quiet thought. Schiller had a pair of slightly special gray eyes. When Bruce was stared at by these eyes, his keen intuition began to call the police - he seemed to be being spyed and seen through.

Then Schiller said: "Maybe you have been waiting for someone to give you this answer, an affirmative answer. If you have more things to do after you get this answer, don't bother me again, then I'm willing to give you this answer."

"Oh? What is it?"

"Revenge." Schiller said in Bruce's eyes. He stared at him directly under Bruce's sudden gloomy face and repeated: "The meaning of life is revenge."
